Michael Bremer’s session, “How to Do a Gemba Walk,” is based on his award-winning book by the same name and explains what exactly a Gemba walk is, how to structure an effective one, and why such management walks are necessary to create a continuous improvement culture.

In “Fix what Bugs You: Making Problem Solving Your Competitive Edge” Greg Glebe tells the true story of one company’s attempts at creating a Lean culture and helps attendees learn if their company should consider a similar trail.

Jamie Parker delivers a presentation on “Why Isn’t Lean Working?
